We are extremely confident you will be ecstatic, elated, enamored and excited about Almaden Shaving Premium Shave Oil and agree that it provides the best shave ever. On the off chance that you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Almaden Shaving order, you can return it to us for a full refund. That is what our Guarantee is all about. Here’s how it works:
- When: Any time within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Usage: Certainly you will have to have tried Almaden Shaving Oil and decided that you were not satisfied before returning it. So we understand that we can’t require returning unused bottles. Lightly used bottles are accepted. If you attempt to return a bottle of Almaden Shave Oil that has been 50% or more depleted, then we might contact you to better understand why you are returning it with so much of it missing. Otherwise, this is a ‘no questions asked’ kind of deal.
- Postage: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns. You may ship your package back to us however you like.
- RMA: NOT required. However, please be sure to identify yourself so we can find your order.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and checked by our fulfillment folks (usually within one day of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit issued to your credit card. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
