Free Shipping
Domestic orders of $35 or more (less than Amazon!)
We don’t have any shipping rules or fine print. It’s pretty simple really:
- How: We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Who: We pay for the shipping and handling of all domestic orders ≥ $35.
- When: We know you are anxious to receive your Almaden Shaving order, so we take the timing of your fulfillment very seriously and ship most orders within 1 business day. When you place your order from our website, you can expect to receive your domestic order within 4-7 business days.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Almaden Shaving order, you can return it to us for a full refund. That is what our Guarantee is all about. Here’s how it works:
- When: You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Usage: Certainly you will have to have tried Almaden Shaving Oil and decided that you were not satisfied before returning it. So we understand that we can’t require returning unused bottles. Lightly used bottles are accepted. If you attempt to return a bottle of Almaden Shave Oil that has been 50% or more depleted, then we might contact you to better understand why you are returning it with so much of it missing. Otherwise, this is a ‘no questions asked’ kind of deal.
- Postage: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you free returns. You may ship your package back to us however you like.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and checked by our fulfillment folks (usually within one day of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit issued to your credit card. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
